| Technical Notes |
-------------------
* The voice samples were originally stored in ADPCM (OKI MSM5205) format at 8000 / 16000 Hz. These have been converted to 16-bit PCM at 48000 Hz in WAV files.
* All the voice samples were ripped directly from the game's ISO with a custom C# program (based on David Shadoff's PCE ADPCM codec).
* If you open these WAV files in a sound editing program, like Audacity, you'll notice that some of the ripped samples may have DC offsetting and even audio popping. While this may seem like an issue in the 16-bit PCM conversion process, this DC offsetting issue is present in the original ADPCM data. This was determined by comparing the ripped samples with audio from a few emulators (such as Mesen and Mednafen) and YouTube videos of the game running in an actual PC Engine CD.

| Other Notes |
+-------------+
* There are two version of Draco's voice samples:
  * The first version is used in the game's Versus and Endless Modes
  * The second version is used when she's fought in Scenario Mode (marked here with the "(1P)" tag).
* While both versions are pretty similar (due to being sourced from the same voice recording), both have some encoding (different DC offsetting) and duration (Versus Mode voice samples are slightly trimmed down due to ADPCM RAM space limitations) differences. Due of this, both versions were included for completeness.

* David Shadoff, whose PC-Engine ADPCM decoding code was used for the creation of my custom C# program.
You can find his original code here: https://www.ysutopia.net/index.php?ind=downloads&op=entry_view&iden=5
* Mesen, whose PC-Engine debugger allowed me to track down all the pointers / sample length data needed to rip the voice samples.
